Starting mental health services is an important step towards achieving and maintaining wellness. Whether you’re dealing with stress management, trauma, depression, anxiety, or personality disorders, there's a path tailored for you.
Talk therapy holds enormous value in this journey. Techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) can enrich the traditional therapeutic experience, providing effective tools to navigate life's challenges.

Consulting services are designed to support professionals and organizations in meaningful, practical ways. I provide ethical support and clinical consultation for navigating complex situations. Collaboratively, I help teams to mitigate burnout, promoting sustainable well-being for providers and organizations, alike.
I began practicing in 2017 with my tribe, Osage Nation, offering mental health services to individuals and families at WahZhaZhe Health Center. I am honored to continue to work with my nation, providing consultation to our social service program. I facilitate groups to support child welfare, adult welfare, and ICWA case workers in maintaining wellness as they provide important community services.
As an LCSW, my philosophy is that YOU are the expert of your own life. It is my job to help you uncover and highlight your strengths so that you can tackle the challenges that keep you stuck.
I've been in therapeutic practice since 2017, however; my passion for working with others was born in my years as a special education teacher for Tulsa Public Schools. As someone with an educator's heart, I gain great fulfillment in seeing other's succeed and flourish.

Hourly rate for therapy and mental health services is $125. I will soon accept the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Choice, United Healthcare, and Aetna. Sliding scale options available case by case.

I will will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals, while honoring your individuality, cultural identity, and autonomy.
The frequency of counseling sessions with Harmony Wellness & Consulting will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
No. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, equipped and licensed to provide diagnostic services, assessment, and treatment for those with mental health needs. Psychiatry or medication management is not available through this organization. However, I am happy to assist in connecting you to resources available in our community.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy designed to help people work through trauma and tough memories. In EMDR sessions, a therapist helps clients recall their traumatic experiences while guiding them through eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation. This combo helps reprocess those memories, making them less overwhelming and allowing for healthier ways to cope. EMDR has been proven effective for a range of issues, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression, making it a powerful tool in mental health care.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a hands-on, practical approach to mental health that focuses on the link between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an approach that guides you to acknowledge challenging thoughts and feelings without trying to change or avoid them. Rather than "fixing" uncomfortable emotions, ACT encourages you to make room for them, all while focusing on what’s truly important to you. The goal is to help you build resilience in facing challenges, stay aligned with your values, and create a fulfilling life, even when things get tough.
